If coming from the West: take 'Cäcilienstraße', 'Pipinstraße', and 'Heumarkt' to the street 'Am Leystapel' (Rheinuferstraße). Turn off into the street 'Filzengraben'. Now take the first left onto the street 'An Lyskirchen'.

If coming from the East: take the bridge 'Severinsbrücke' and the street 'Kleine Witschgasse' to the street 'Am Leystapel' (Rheinuferstraße). Turn off into the street 'Filzengraben'. Now take the first left onto the street 'An Lyskirchen'.

Where to park
If your visit is a short one, there are several streets, including Rheinuferstraße, near the FGSV head office where you can park. In total, there are around 160 short-term parking spaces on these streets. Please remember to buy a parking ticket from one of the machines. You can park here for a maximum X hours. For extended visits (e.g. for a meeting), we recommend that you park in a nearby car park.

There are 1,800 parking spaces in the 'Rheinauhafen' underground car park. The nearest entrance is 'Hafenamt / Harry-Blum-Platz'.

Drive right through to the end of the car park to the parking spaces that are marked red ('1 Museen'). Take either exit '1. 01' or exit '1. 02' at the German Sports and Olympics Museum ('Deutsches Sport - und Olympiamuseum'). We will reimburse the cost of parking in this car park on presentation of your parking ticket.

By public transport

From Cologne Central Station (Köln Hbf):

Take either the U5 (underground) towards 'Heumarkt' or the No. 132 (bus) towards 'Meschenich'. In both cases, get off at 'Heumarkt'. From here, it is about a five-minute walk to FGSV. Alternatively, take the No. 133 (bus) towards 'Zollstock/Südfriedhof'. Get off at 'Schokoladenmuseum'. From here, it is about a two-minute walk to FGSV.

Alternatively, you can walk through the old town or along the River Rhine. It takes about 15 minutes from Cologne Central Station.
